Abstract

This dissertation investigates the conditions under which curriculum reform produces durable improvements in teaching and learning. Through mixed-methods inquiry across institutional settings, the study identifies design principles, leadership practices, and teacher-development pathways that translate policy intent into classroom reality. The findings offer a grounded model for curriculum renewal that respects local context while advancing rigorous academic standards.
